1) Researchers:- Typically we look for highly ambitious, well educated, presentable and highly articulate individuals with a 1-2 year track record from within a telesales, research or high volume sales environment looking to further their careers within the Search & Selection industry. Researchers in the main will shadow and work directly for either a Business Practice or an Executive Consultant, mapping various markets and individuals within vertical sectors and making initial contact and representation. Basic salary plus quarterly performance related bonuses, gym membership or travel allowance, up to 25 days holiday, equity share scheme, DIS are among some of the benefits.

2) Consultants:- In the main, we look for either 2-5 years experienced recruiters looking to move their careers into a more executive search arena, or individuals with extensive experience from within a sector discipline seeking a career change. Basic salary, commission range 30-50%, gym scheme, up to 30 days holiday, equity share scheme, DIS etc.

3) Executive Consultants:- Highly experienced recruiters with exceptional backgrounds in complimentary market sectors and possessing excellent billing track records within their sector specialisation. High basic salary, commission range 35-60%, up to 35 days holiday, gym scheme, equity share scheme, DIS etc.

4) Heads of Business:- Individuals looking to run, build and manage their own business either on a P&L operating basis, or on an over-ride package. By negotiation

5) Lifestyle Consultants:- Exceptional, experienced individuals with outstanding track records of business development, client retention and fee revenue production looking for a more work/life balance environment. Lifestyle Consultants may operate from home or hot desk within the offices, are fully equipped with mobile technology and receive total Head Office support and back up. Financial Support package for 6 months, commission range 50-70%.
