Having spent over 10 years in the Financial Services sector, James moved into executive search in 1992 specialising in the Actuarial market. He is now responsible for group business development with specific focus on the Actuarial & Risk division. He personally delivers a large number of senior level assignments each year utilising his significant network of contacts within the Actuarial & Insurance Risk marketplace.
