Max began his search career in 1995 at Alexander Mann. He formed part of the equity derivatives team with particular specialisation in equity structured products and convertible bond sales, from VP to MD level. From 1998 Max’s primary focus has been on ECM, Equity-Linked Origination and Strategic Equity assignments. In November 2001, he joined Hanover Search to establish their Financial Markets division with the mandate to provide Executive Search within specific vertical markets.
