During this time Catherine worked for such firms as Midland Montagu, Old Mutual Securities, Societe Generale and ING subsidiary, Williams de Broe. Having then founded Hayward International in 1999, working at Executive Board level for many leading City firms, Catherine joined Hanover Search as a Partner in 2009.

Having completed a degree in Mathematics in 1991, Foz went on to work as an FX prop trader with a London based Hedge Fund. He subsequently moved into the recruitment industry in 1999 and has over 15 years experience within financial markets. His market knowledge covers Fixed Income, Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit and Equities, with geographic coverage across EMEA and EM. His functional expertise has been built around the Risk Management and Quantitative business areas where he is well networked across the financial market. Foz joined Hanover Search and Selection as a Partner and heads up it’s Risk Management and Quantitative Analysis division.
