Having worked at Hanover for over seven years in the IFA distribution market, Stephen now heads up the Life and Pensions division. This involves managing a team of individuals that focus on Broker sales, Marketing and Product Development. In conjunction with this responsibility, Stephen continues to personally specialise in the placement of senior level individuals. Prior experience includes seven years at Clerical Medical in the city, several years of which were spent as a Broker Consultant.
