The Hanover Search Group is one of the largest and most recognised Executive Search brands both in the UK and Internationally within the Financial Services sector. Established in 1996, Hanover has consistently featured as one of the top 10 boutique search firms within the Executive Grapevines annual survey of the global recruitment market. In 2009, the Hanover Search Group launched a Venture Capital company called Saam Group to look at further expansion and acquisitions within the recruitment sector. Since Saam’s inception it has acquired Napier Scott, a 17 year old Investment Banking and Legal recruitment business and in 2010 launched 2 new brands, Executive Search Associates (ESA) and Cavendish Brown to provide Executive Search capabilities outside of the Financial Markets sectors.
