Debt & Structured Finance

Working closely with our diverse client base, Hanover Search Corporate Banking has developed an expertise across all structured finance areas. Specifically these are Project Finance, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Property Finance, Asset Finance (encompassing Aircraft and Shipping Finance) and Syndications. We support both financing and advisory aspects of these roles.   

Mandates will typically be at Analyst level through to Managing Director (i.e. Team Head) level covering Origination, Structuring, Execution and Portfolio Management. As well as sourcing the best individual talent to support a growing or changing area, we have also successfully completed a number of team moves, usually 3-5 people, allowing our clients to break into new areas with maximum efficiency and impact.
