From a client perspective we work best on a retained search or exclusive basis at mid to Director level where we have filled a great number of high level vacancies from Private Banker through to Head of Private Banking. We have a dedicated research team who will actively map out the specific market enabling our consultants to focus on pro-actively headhunting and meeting relevant candidates.
