Hanover Search Group is delighted to announce that Kinetics Consulting President John Chudzik has merged his business with HSG joining their US Wealth Management team as a Partner. John will work closely with HSG Wealth Management MD Antony Pitt to strengthen their growing presence on the East Coast.
John will adopt a leadership role on the East Coast to further enhance the HSG proposition. John has in excess of 15 years’ senior level recruitment experience in the US Wealth Management and Private Banking sector. Critically he has worked as a Lead Talent Acquisition Director at both Lehman Brothers and Barclays before setting up his own Consulting business – Kinetics Consulting. John is well known and respected within the US Wealth Management, Banking and Asset Management community and will be a fantastic addition to the HSG business. He will be focused on executing senior client mandates as well as continuing to offer high level career advice to Financial Advisor’s & Private Bankers.
Following the acquisition of Opus Consulting in late 2016, the HSG US Wealth Management business has grown rapidly in its quest to be the leading search firm in the US Wealth Management sector. It will continue to take a highly focused boutique approach that will see it support a small number of select clients, delivering exceptional talent and making a fundamental difference to their business. In this way it can help them obtain a significant competitive advantage.
