All of our Consultants understand the sensitivity and integrity required to deal with both requirements and candidates at the most senior levels.  Our research function draws on an extensive network of contacts to provide both up to date market-mapping (of individuals, major initiatives and significant market movements) and a search package that is unique to Hanover clients.

We are regarded by many clients as niche senior suppliers, and as such can offer the same quality of service on both a retained and non-retained basis. The relationships we have are strong enough that, where there will only be a handful of qualified individuals in the industry globally, we are able to make the appropriate senior introductions.
