Stephen is UK CEO for Hanover Search Group. His role is to oversee a number of the group’s divisions and liaise with senior management to help drive business strategy. Stephen also acts as the main point of contact for major client development and he also executes senior level assignments. Within wider Financial Services, Stephen has expertise across the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology disciplines.

Having been in the Financial Services recruitment industry since 1994 he brings to the company a wealth of experience primarily within Life and Pensions staffing sector. He has placed a wide variety of mid-senior level candidates into a number of market leading financial services organisations. He has also written a number of articles in the Financial press and is an expert in providing advice to clients in a number of innovative recruitment approaches.
Tom has joined HSG as a Consultant within the Wealth Management – Financial Planning Division. He started in FS at Goldman Sachs before building a career in search where, for the last 4 years, he has focussed on Investment Banking, Asset Management and Insurance. Having executed a number of Senior level mandates across these sectors he has proven to consistently deliver client solutions in acquiring highly sought after talent. His candidate engagement and qualification ensures both unique and appropriate opportunities for both active and passive professionals within the IFA market.
Chris joined in 2017 as a Consultant working within the Wealth Management division. He has now been involved in Financial Services’ recruitment for over two years, before this he spent six years in Wealth Management (Bancassurance) and Mortgages. Chris’s approach to recruitment is geared to providing a high quality, efficient and transparent service for his clients.
