Christina is a seasoned Executive Search Specialist within Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management. During her 20-year tenure as a Partner at Hanover, she has worked for a wide range of reputable organisations, spanning from large global businesses to entrepreneurial start-ups, in the UK, US and Continental Europe. Christina sits on the European Leadership Team and heads up Hanover's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Search. This part of her remit is to support Hanover’s clients with their DE&I hiring challenges and objectives to help them create a more diverse and inclusive workforce and culture. Christina has secured leading guest speakers and hosted client webinars on subjects (including Neurodiversity and the Menopause), whilst encouraging clients to remain open about how they attract and select diverse talent. In addition, by sitting on Hanover’s Global DE&I Council, Christina assists with promoting an inclusive work environment internally by aiding and developing global inclusion programmes to create a greater sense of uniqueness and belonging.
What do you enjoy about your role and Hanover?
I love the breadth of clients we work with and learning in detail about their story, their growth plans and their culture. It's amazing when you connect them to talented individuals who you know will make a fundamental difference to their organisation.
What gives you meaning at work?
My meaning comes from being valued, being given opportunities to grow and having leaders who believe in succession planning and invest in training and development to allow individuals to evolve.
