As a search business, we recognise and appreciate the transformational continuous rise of HR’s prominence as an invaluable resource that generates strategic value to all organisations. Additionally, we observe client CEOs holding the CHRO and CFO in equal importance for business strategy; and to this end actively hire within a number of roles in HR in London and globally across all existing Hanover Search Group areas: Asset Management, Banking, Fin-Tech, Insurance and Wealth Management.
