Geoff joined Hanover in 2022 and leads Front Office Executive searches for Global Private Banks across Asia. Having lived and worked in Singapore for over 11 years, he has developed a deep understanding of the regional financial services landscape. Prior to joining Hanover, Geoff worked across Private Wealth and Technology, steadily building an expansive and trusted network in Southeast Asia through patience, value creation, and long-term relationships. Naturally curious, Geoff takes a genuine interest in the people and businesses he engages with, always ensuring the talent he works with have a clear, transparent, and well-informed view when considering a career move.

What do you lean on daily?

I do this every day, and through it, I have not only built business, but also genuine connections and deep professional networks.
