Joe Lastoria

Joe Lastoria is an Associate based in Hanover’s West Palm Beach office, where he works alongside Daniel James on executive search assignments across Private Banking and Wealth Management. He supports retained searches through market research, candidate identification, and outreach to senior financial service professionals.

Before joining Hanover, Joe developed a strong foundation in communication, relationship building and client service in hospitality, fitness, and live event production. A Massachusetts native, Joe graduated from Keene State College with a degree in Film Studies.

Joe believes great placement starts with understanding what truly drives someone: not just their resume, but their goals, their motivations and the environment where they thrive.
