Judy Sedgemore

With 27 years of experience in Finance, I began my career in data processing and steadily worked my way up to Finance Manager.  This journey has given me a great understanding of financial systems and operations at every level.  I now work within the EOR sector where I can apply my experience to support the organisation.

Having started in data processing and worked my way up, I appreciate how each part of the finance function contributes to the bigger picture. Being able to bring that experience into my role helps me support my team which is what keeps me motivated.

My younger self wanted to be a veterinarian but apparently “likes animals” isn’t a full career plan.
