Lynn Barboza brings more than 15 years of combined executive search and talent acquisition leadership experience across healthcare, public sector, and municipal government environments. Her background includes full lifecycle executive search, national candidate research and sourcing, client and candidate relationship management, talent acquisition strategy, and recruitment process improvement.
Lynn previously served as an Executive Recruiter with Morgan Consulting Resources, where she conducted national healthcare executive searches and was responsible for research, candidate sourcing, and pipeline development, interviewing and assessment, and the development of position and candidate profiles.
She subsequently spent more than eight years with Strategic Government Resources, managing executive searches for cities and counties nationwide and serving in executive recruitment strategy and client and candidate services leadership roles. Earlier in her career, Lynn led Talent Acquisition for the City of Las Vegas, giving her the valuable perspective of having served both as an executive search consultant and as a hiring leader responsible for organizational talent strategy.
Known for her relationship-centered approach, Lynn is passionate about understanding each organization’s unique needs and culture while creating a thoughtful, transparent experience for both clients and candidates.

I build relationships by listening, communicating openly and following through. I try to understand the person behind the role—whether client or candidate—and approach every interaction with authenticity, responsiveness and respect.
