The situation

Senior HRBP, wealth management, City, London The brief was to make a confidential hire for a client undergoing a sensitive period of business restructure. Given this the key challenges were salary budget, level of expertise, the recent entry of a new business lead that this role would report into, meaning chemistry fit as well as first class HR expertise was required. There was also the need for an immediate start. Time to hire and to start date was 6 weeks for the client.
