Hanover's Online Event: Leading Generation Z
Hanover had the honour of being joined by Major General Paul Nanson CB CBE, one of the British Army’s most combat-experienced Generals as a guest speaker at an online event in July 2020.
The discussion explored how you can lead and get the best out of ‘Generation Z’, the next generation of leaders.
Paul shared personal insights from his time as Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and as Director Leadership and Head of Recruitment and Training for the British Army. Paul described how Sandhurst and the Army have adapted their approach to identifying potential and developing leadership to cater for the expectations of Gen Z.
