Aurélie is a Consultant in the Talent Solutions team and is passionate about the selection, assessment and development of people, leaders and teams. Prior to joining Hanover, Aurélie completed her BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organisational Psychology. This included an award-winning research project on diversity and inclusion. Aurelie brings this passion, academic research and critical thinking to her work. She is a qualified assessor and practitioner in diverse psychometric tools including personality, emotional intelligence and 360 feedback, and is a Member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Business Psychology.

What did you want to be when you were young?

I wanted to be a ballet dancer. I grew up in a small village where everyone knew each other, and dancing ballet was my everything. As an adult, I reconnected with this sense of community and joy of dancing through Cuban salsa – it’s a very social dance that brings diverse people together, and I love connecting with people from completely different backgrounds.
