Christian joined Hanover in 2022 as a Senior Associate who focuses on Hanover’s wealth management and insurance practices. Prior to joining Hanover, Christian worked for a strategic IT consulting firm and in IT staffing and recruitment. He graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, with a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and now works out of our New York office, bringing three years of consulting and recruitment experience to the table. 

What would you like to explore and learn more about? 

I would like to learn more about AI in the workplace. More specifically, how it can be leveraged to help myself and others in their day-to-day jobs. Another aspect of this is understanding how AI will affect the job market, as the more technology advances, the quicker we see some jobs disappear and others arise.  

What gives you meaning at work? 

Focusing on my personal brand and making impactful relationships on a daily basis is what gives me meaning at work. Doing this allows me to keep a positive mindset and stay motivated through good times and bad. I believe through these relationships, the lines between work being a chore and being a passion can become closer, which is the ultimate goal in my career.
