Dean is a Principal Consultant at Hanover Talent Solutions (HTS) supporting DE&I, team development solutions, and leadership development initiatives. He has 14 years in L&D in several roles spanning coaching, business partnering, program management, and consulting. He is a change agent with expertise in cultural change initiatives, fostering growth mindsets, and enhancing employee engagement. He has an MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change.

I am passionate about helping people and organisations transform, solve problems, and innovate. Hanover is so well positioned to collaborate, and I am thrilled to be a part of the team who in its work contributes to effective and sustained change.

I love this quote because it reminds us of the need to seek out people’s strengths and make it a priority to communicate this. Belonging is the opposite of fitting in, this quote makes it practical.
