He has 14 years in L&D in several roles spanning coaching, business partnering, program management, and consulting. He is a change agent with expertise in cultural change initiatives, fostering growth mindsets, and enhancing employee engagement. He has an MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change.

I love this quote because it reminds us of the need to seek out people’s strengths and make it a priority to communicate this. Belonging is the opposite of fitting in, this quote makes it practical.
