Bio
Giovanni is a Senior Associate based out of Hanover’s New York Office. He specializes in private equity, as well as covering insurance, asset management and fintech. Giovanni is responsible for identifying exceptional talent on retained, senior-level searches nationally, along with the development of new clients. In his previous role, Giovanni sourced high-level executives across industries for his book of business composed of nine middle-market private equity firms. He was educated at Pennsylvania State University and John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he studied criminology, sociology and psychology.
