John joined Hanover in 2023 as a Partner with responsibility for our Global Markets and Hedge Fund business, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in this sector. John has built relationships across major financial institutions, including banks, asset managers and hedge funds. He has led on a wide range of mandates, both individual and teams, across trading and front office personnel, covering multiple asset classes within both low and high touch trading across EMEA, Asia and the US. John works with new and established hedge providing strategic advice not just around talent, but also across investment and trading strategies. John is a Freeman of the City of London and a member of the Guild of International Bankers.
