Mohit joined Hanover in 2022 to lead our US real estate practice. For the previous 8 years, he has focused on real estate recruiting, placing executives throughout the country in top-level roles in asset management, investments, acquisitions, project/development management, property management, and more. Mohit has a deep knowledge and passion for the industry and a natural ability to develop strong relationships with his clients. Before pivoting to recruiting, Mohit worked in capital markets, where he raised equity and debt for real estate developers and owners of various real estate assets. He received his Bachelor’s degree from NYU and his MBA from Baruch College, CUNY.

I love the fact that I get to speak to intelligent people throughout the US who want to take their career to the next level.
What is your biggest asset?
My empathy and honesty towards my clients and candidates has been my best asset. I believe that as a recruiter, my job is not to sell an opportunity, but to choose to work with great clients and show how I can improve the career goals for the candidate.
