Nick joined Hanover in 2024 as a Partner in the Tax & Finance - CFO Practice, bringing with him nine years of industry experience. He has successfully led numerous senior mandates, recruiting individuals and teams for international banks, investment managers, insurance groups, family offices, commodities firms, and private equity businesses. Nick specialises in the Tax, Treasury, and finance sectors. His typical assignments include interim and executive searches for roles such as CFO, Divisional Finance Director, Group/Divisional Financial Controller, FP&A, M&A/Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury, and Audit professionals. Nick began his recruitment career at a FTSE 250 recruitment firm, where he built a strong foundation in talent identification and placement within the tax and treasury sectors. He later transitioned to executive search, focusing on complex finance roles. Throughout his career, Nick has developed enduring relationships with both individuals and companies. He brings focus, energy, and perseverance to every assignment.
