Richard is the Managing Director of Hanover’s Talent Solutions business, leading an award-winning team that helps leaders, teams and organisations increase their performance. With over 15 years’ experience in leadership and talent management consulting, Richard has assessed, developed and coached hundreds of leaders and dozens of teams. Before moving into consulting, Richard served as a British Army officer, gaining first-hand leadership experience in the UK, Cyprus, Iraq and Afghanistan. Richard has a Master’s degree and is accredited to use a range of assessment, psychometric and feedback tools.
What do you enjoy about your role and Hanover?
One of the best aspects of my role is building and developing a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about what they do. We all have different backgrounds, personalities and areas of expertise, and see things from different perspectives, but we work exceptionally well together. Not only does this make our team very impactful with clients, it also creates a fun environment to work in.

The work we do has a significant impact on leaders, teams and organisations. Whether it’s coaching an executive leader, supporting a team to increase their performance or planning succession for a business, the outcome will positively impact people’s lives and careers. This impact has real meaning.
