Bio
Stephen joined Hanover in 2022, and has over twenty years of experience as an executive search consultant. He is experienced at providing research expertise and headhunting solutions for Managing Director and C-suite level roles across the EMEA region in financial services industries, including insurance, banking, investment and wealth management. Before joining Hanover, Stephen was a director at several boutique firms and managed his own search firm specialising in senior executive recruitment for roles in business management controls. Stephen qualified in Business Studies from the University of Northumbria.
