On Wednesday 4th November, Hanover are hosting an interactive online event for Senior Leaders that is focused on how we can reframe mental health and wellbeing, the lessons learnt from Covid-19 and how we can measure ROI of wellbeing initiatives.


Hanover has the honour of being joined by Tali Shlomo FCIPDan internationally recognised HR Director, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Wellbeing thought leader.


In this interactive event we will explore how we can reframe mental health and wellbeing, the lessons learnt from Covid-19 and how we can measure ROI of wellbeing initiatives.

 

The pandemic has amplified the need to place wellbeing as a strategic objective, Tali will share some practical tools to continue the engagement with our colleagues and stakeholders as we continue to navigate through uncertainty, whilst sharing her own personal experiences of delivering wellbeing initiatives.

Meet the event host

Tali Shlomo is an internationally recognised HR Director, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Wellbeing thought leader whose achievements were recognised in the 2020 Insurance Business Global 100 influential people for creating inclusive workplace cultures. Shortlisted for Women In Finance Awards 2020 - Ambassador of the Year for her work in supporting women in the workplace and gender equality. Highly Commended for Diversity Champion of the Year 2020 - Financial Adviser Diversity in Finance Awards.

Tali is a member of the advisory board for several diversity and inclusion organisations ranging from age diversity, mental health and Afro- Caribbean.
