            Hanover's Online Event

On Tuesday 17th November, Hanover are hosting an interactive online event for Senior Leaders that is focused on building resilience at a time when, collectively and individually, our need for it has never been greater.

Hanover has the honour of being joined by Jenny Segalan experienced speaker and leader, with a passion for people development.

We are living in unprecedented times. Within the space of a few short months, our world has been turned upside-down with a transition to home-working, and our socialising, travel and freedoms constrained to unimaginable levels. On top of these new logistical and practical challenges, we are facing a real threat to our security and safety, many of us for the first time in our lives. How do we manage our new way of living; will we catch this life-threatening disease; what does the future hold economically? Our need for resilience has never been greater.

This session looks at Jenny's challenging personal experiences and the lessons she learnt, and offers some practical solutions that have worked for her in building resilience.
