The situation

A technology start up was seeking a senior executive to build and run their USA operations. Our client wanted the technical expertise, and leadership skills to thrive in the ‘culture of chaos’ of a start up. So someone that was happy to get stuck in and didn’t need the backing of support that larger organisations often offer.
