Launched in 1996, the Asset Management practice has built a strong reputation and track record delivering against senior search assignments for UK and Global Asset Management groups across all asset classes.

The Asset Management team is headed by Paul Groarke. Our approach to search is simple. We build strong and long lasting relationships with our clients and advise them on strategic hiring and business model change. We have conducted numerous executive search assignments that have had real impact for the groups we represent. We use our extensive network, resources and contacts to find the most qualified executives, often transcending boundaries and never through advertising.
