JAMES EMMETT

Group CEO

Following an internal MBO in early 2014, James assumed the position of CEO of the Hanover Search Group. He continues to lead our Global Insurance Practice, whilst also leading the wider Group overall. James is looking forward to working closely with UK and Regional staff to develop the Hanover Search Group brand around the globe.

PAUL GROARKE

Paul began his career in 1989 at Mercury Asset Management (now part of BlackRock) working for their UK Institutional business. He relocated to Australia to work for First State Investments in 1995 before returning to the UK in 1998 to join SocGen Asset Management (now part of Man GLG Partners).  He joined Hanover Search Group in March 2003 and is Head of Hanover’s Asset Management search practice with a focus on senior mandates across EMEA. Paul became a Board Director of Hanover Search Group in 2013. He presents at industry events across Europe and is a senior member of the Hanover Search Group Leadership team.

STEPHEN PHIPPS

Stephen is Europe CEO for Hanover Search Group. His role is to oversee a number of the group’s divisions and liaise with senior management to help drive business strategy. Stephen also acts as the main point of contact for major client development and he also executes senior level assignments. Within wider Financial Services, Stephen has expertise across the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology disciplines.

MEM KORTACH

Mem boasts more than 20 years’ experience as an accountant, working primarily in audit, tax and management accounting. He has implemented accounting and internal control protocols for UK and US-based firms. After joining the Hanover Search Group in 2012, Mem was tasked with overseeing financial operations here, and in 2014 was invited onto the Board.

Simon Waddington

Simon joined Hanover Search Group as a Partner in March 2017 to establish and lead a Dublin office for the firm. He has over twenty years’ experience gained in Dublin and London of handling international executive search assignments to recruit senior and specialist professionals, predominantly in the areas of finance, legal, risk management, compliance and operations. Combining his extensive networks of contacts with Hanover Search Group’s presence in key financial and commercial centres worldwide, Simon applies an extensive and rigorous executive search methodology to deliver market-leading talent for his clients.  

Alex Curtis

Alex joined Hanover in 2012 and is a Managing Partner and leads a team of SMEs focused on Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance. He is responsible for the Technology retained search and senior hire mandates. Alex has over 13 years’ experience placing senior technology leaders across Insurance, Banking, Asset and Wealth Management industries delivering requirements for CIO, CTO, Chief Information (& Cyber) Security Officer, Chief Data Officer, Head of Data & Analytics, Head of Infrastructure and Digital Transformation Leaders. Alex delivers mandates from our London and New York offices across Europe and North America.

ANTONY PITT

Antony is the US Wealth Management CEO and is based in our Los Angeles office. A 20 year career in Executive Search both in the UK and US. He set up Opus Executive Search in 2013 and then oversaw the Hanover acquisition of 50% of the Opus business in late 2016. He remains a 50% owner of the US Wealth Management business. His main focus is working with large producers across the US and developing Hanover's core key clients.

ANDREW BAYLISS

As Client Director for Wealth Management Andrew has responsibility for  leading our Wealth Management team's client development strategy, overseeing key client relationships and ensuring consistency & excellence in everything the team does. Andrew also executes senior mandates in Wealth Management with support from Hanover’s research team.  Andrew has worked at Hanover for 13 years and is a member of Hanover’s European Leadership Team.

JAMES RIDD

As the Americas CEO for Hanover, James is a member of the Hanover Search Group Board and driving our international expansion. Having taken a lead in Hanover’s growth into new markets across Europe, Asia, Africa and the US for the past decade, James is responsible for US based operations and growth strategy. James also works directly with Hanover’s major clients running C-Suite executive search assignments within Financial Services.

BHAGWATI PARMAR

Bhagwati joined Hanover in 2007 following a career at Lloyds Banking Group Plc, where she gained valuable customer service providing reconciliation of high profile accounts and financial control experience. Now working with the Group Finance Director, Mem Kortach, where duties primarily include credit control, meeting deadlines and targets. Other duties include processing of all sales & purchase invoices and liaising with external clients for general queries and supporting the Directors of Hanover Search Group.

Stephen is Europe CEO for Hanover Search Group. His role is to oversee a number of the group’s divisions and liaise with senior management to help drive business strategy. ALISTAIR BRINDLEY

Alistair is a Senior Partner and the lead on the Pensions and Investment team. He began a career in Financial Services before moving on to focus on actuarial recruitment 19 years ago. Alistair manages all the teams’ search activities across areas including, but not limited to, Consulting, Fiduciary, In-House, Asset Management and Banking solutions. He is also responsible for some of the Hanover Search Group’s largest multi-disciplinary client relationships.

JAMES RIDD

Americas CEO

As the Americas CEO for Hanover, James is a member of the Hanover Search Group Board and driving our international expansion. Having taken a lead in Hanover’s growth into new markets across Europe, Asia, Africa and the US for the past decade, James is responsible for US based operations and growth strategy. James also works directly with Hanover’s major clients running C-Suite executive search assignments within Financial Services.

GERI MacKay

With over 15 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, Geri is the Group Business Support Manager, responsible for communications & operations globally. Upon joining as an Associate in 2006, Geri was responsible for supporting our Partners within the Insurance teams, working to ensure the smooth execution of retained assignments and projects, from conception to completion. In her current role she is the GDPR co-ordinator as well as co-ordinating the groups HR, training & development and internal CRM systems. She is also the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, James Emmett.

PAUL GROARKE

Managing Director

KAMILA ORLANDO

A Managing Partner with over 18 years’ experience in the industry and executive search, Kamila leads the European Financial Services practice, helping clients across Europe to find the best possible people in diverse markets, cultures and conditions. In her role she specialises in Asset Management (Institutional and Wholesale)  as well as Insurance, focussing on Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Audit, Operation, Transactions, Underwriting and Insurance Strategy. She has taken responsibility for Hanover Search Group’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda, creating a strategy to grow our capability, understanding and culture, as well as advise clients.

Marcello Mosca

Marcello is a leading Executive Search specialist within FinTech, Retail Banking and Payments Sectors and, for the past 25 years, he has worked closely with some of the leading organisations operating both in the UK and internationally. Marcello specialises in recruiting for senior roles across all main Head Office functions, including Finance, Operations, Risk, Sales & Marketing and HR. Prior to running his own Search firm for 6 years, Marcello worked for two high profile executive search firms.

Andrew Watson

Andrew is an Associate Partner, specialising in Financial Technology. He has over 10 years of IT recruitment experience in Managing Directors, Sales Directors and senior IT roles (data science, cybersecurity, IoT and SaaS/IaaS). Mandates are UK, Europe and North America. Previous roles include senior sales management positions at Thomson Reuters and BT. Before his business career, Andrew spent 5 years as an infantry officer with the British Army.

JESSICA HINTON

Jessica joined Hanover in 2008 originally as a Business Administrator. In June 2010 she became Marketing Executive and most recently has been promoted to Marketing & Administration Manger. She supports the group with all marketing requirements ranging from online and print advertising, creating corporate documents through to organising company events and conferences to building Hanover's social media presence as well as continuing to maintain and develop the Hanover brand. Jessica is also responsible for in-house IT, providing assistance across the group and additionally manages the administration team.

She has run a number of successful breakfast clubs for Hanover’s clients, inviting highly reputable guest speakers to discuss an array of subjects including digitalisation in financial services and diversity and inclusion. 

RORY O'HEGARTY

As Senior Partner Rory leads our international insurance practice. Rory has more than 12 year’s industry experience gained at Marsh & McLennan where he was a Director of the Marine and Energy risk services division and previously at Hoare Govett stockbrokers. In 1998, he moved into insurance executive search specialising in senior positions within Underwriting and Claims, CRM and Distribution, Risk and Actuarial and Heads of Pricing and Analytics. He has a MA (Hons) in History from Edinburgh University.

CHRISTINA RATINGS

Christina joined Hanover Search Group in 2003 and is one of Hanover’s Partners. She is responsible for heading up the Marketing and Product practice throughout EMEA. MICHAEL STEFAN

Michael specialises in leadership positions within the insurance ecosystem, particularly underwriting and analytics. A mathematics graduate from York University, Michael has an innate understanding of the challenges and benefits that “big data” brings to (re) insurance as well as the individuals who will transform the industry in the future. He is also our group lead in the areas of insurance linked securities and private equity, having built up a number of successful boutique operations in London and further afield. Michael is also our in-house psychometric assessor and is able to provide a wide range of testing solutions (ability, personality and motivation) to Hanover’s client base.

SAMANTHA PAMMENT

Samantha joined Hanover Search Group in early 2013 as a Business Administrator. Her focus is to purely support the group from an admin perspective, completing ongoing projects and assists with marketing. She is also EA to the Europe CEO. Previous to Hanover Search Group, Samantha did an apprenticeship as a receptionist, where she gained an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Functional Skills in Maths, English and I.T and a Technical Certificate.

Zofia Sharman

Zofia joined Hanover Search Group in 2018 to launch and lead the HR practice having spent 5 years based in Singapore recruiting for HR. She brings 18+ years international recruitment expertise into financial & professional services, commerce & industry sectors, plus has also worked in-house as Director of Talent for tech start-up MySpace.com. During her tenure she has recruited extensively for senior to executive level roles across the HR and Talent Acquisition spectrum. Previously, Zofia founded a specialist career coaching and mentoring service for city executives and alongside her recruiting career has built a solid reputation within the HR community surrounding personal well-being, vitality at work as well as women in leadership.

Paul Merlin

Paul has successfully worked on a large number of search assignments in the Wealth Management arena for over 16 years. He has an exceptional track record of delivery with his main expertise being in intermediary distribution. After running his own search firm for 6 years, Paul joined the business in 2016 to add strength and depth to the established team combined with assisting to drive forward the company’s growth and strategic vision. Following further success since joining HSG, he was recently promoted to Partner.

Rob Bulpitt

Rob is a Managing Partner at Hanover Search Group where he covers senior assignments across the Insurance and Asset Management markets. His experience has been extensive where he has worked on mid to senior level appointments both on retained search and contingency basis across Non-Life, Life, Pensions and Investment markets. During his career he has built a successful network of contacts and completed assignments in the UK, Europe, US and APAC region. Prior to joining Hanover Rob had established and managed two other actuarial practices.

Kevin Hickey

Kevin began his career in a sales & marketing capacity at Picerne Real Estate Group which is recognized as a “Top Ten Multi Family Home Developer”. After relocating back to New York, he transitioned to a career in technology recruitment focusing on interim consultants and executive search. He developed and fine-tuned his craft with top global organizations, most notably Robert Half International and Randstad Technologies. Kevin has been tasked with spearheading our Technology & Infrastructure practice in the US market and is excited to begin this new chapter.

Stuart Paterson

Stuart is a Managing Partner at Hanover Search Group and leads the Private Equity and Venture Capital Search practice. He brings with him a great deal of experience within recruitment and has been very successful placing people at all levels up to and including Partner / C – Suite. During his career, he has built an impressive network and is very relationship driven. Stuart has been successful in delivering mandates with specific diversity and inclusion criteria and champions the positive effects that it can have on a search process and the culture within his clients.

Kara Howard

Kara joined Hanover Search Group in 2019 as a Business Administrator. Her focus is to purely support the group from an admin perspective. Previous to Hanover Search Group, Kara worked as a Resourcer for a recruitment company. She has a degree in Psychology and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.

Jane McKechnie

Jane is our sector market expert for Compliance, assisting clients to build out their compliance and risk functions for more than 20 years. Having recruited in the sector pre and post credit crunch Jane understands the ever changing compliance environment and the shift  towards culture and conduct and the senior managers regime, encompassing FCA and PRA perspective. She was CEO of the boutique search firm Mackenzie Scott for 16 years before joining Hanover Search Group in 2018 to deliver a broader service proposition to clients in the UK and overseas.

John Chudzik

John is a Managing Partner in the US Wealth Management business and heads up our Stowe, Vermont office. He has been in Wealth Management recruitment for over 20 years and spent 7 years internally at Lehman Brothers and then Barclays Wealth Management. In 2014 he founded Kinetics Consulting and then in 2018 merged his business with Hanover Search Group. John focuses primarily on the East Coast working with Financial Advisors on retained searches, and further developing Hanover’s clients.

Verena Mitschelen

An Associate Partner with six years’ headhunting experience focusing on Financial Services, predominantly Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets in the German speaking countries. Verena specialises in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, Compliance and Regulation as well as in Technology, Digitalisation and Fintech, helping clients in the talent acquisition during innovation and business-led transformation as critical for future growth.

AMANDA BAGGOTT

Amanda is an Associate Partner, she covers assignments from a mid to senior level across Workplace Pensions and Benefits. It’s a market she knows well having spent her earlier career at a leading insurance provider before moving into recruitment over a decade ago. As well as the more traditional DB & DC Consulting a core focus and interest has been working with Insurance Providers and Consultancies on new products and teams for the Auto Enrolment and Master Trusts markets, helping them find exceptional talent for growing sales, relationship and technical teams. Amanda has a real depth of knowledge and successful track record in this area.

Michele Hanson

Michele leads our US Asset Management business in San Francisco. She brings a two-decade career in the financial services industry building and leading sales organizations. Michele has helped align the right people with the right roles, utilizing her uncommon talent of connecting with people and teams to understand core needs and motivations, helping leaders enhance their business model to best leverage and align resources toward reaching organisational goals. Michele serves on the boards of Financial Women San Francisco, BizWorld.org and Chairs the CFA San Francisco’s RIA/Wealth Management Series.

KAMILA ORLANDO

A Managing Partner with over 18 years’ experience in the industry and executive search, Kamila leads the European Financial Services practice, helping clients across Europe to find the best possible people in diverse markets, cultures and conditions. DANIEL JAMES

Daniel is based in our New York office, having started his career with HSG in London in 2011. With a core focus on Private Banking, Wealth Planning and Sales Leadership, Daniel specializes in retained mandates at a senior level. Having 8 years Executive Search experience, Daniel is passionate about helping to drive HSG’s continued growth and success in the US market, and delivering exceptional service to his clients across the country.

CATE FURMAN

Cate is the US P&C Insurance Partner for Hanover Search Group. After spending four years setting up the New York office, she is currently based in Los Angeles and splits her time between the East Coast and the West Coast. She is responsible for nurturing and growing HSG’s P&C (Re)Insurance clients – covering the C-suite and senior level roles across Underwriting, Broking & Claims, as well as overseeing IT, Operations, Finance & Compliance. Cate has previous insurance industry experience in Marine Cargo Broking & Underwriting at respected firms in Europe, Latin America and the USA.

RICHARD COWAN

Richard is an Associate Partner working within the Wealth Management division. Having been in the Financial Services recruitment industry since 1994 he brings to the company a wealth of experience primarily within Life and Pensions staffing sector. He has placed a wide variety of mid-senior level candidates into numerous market leading financial services organisations. He has also written several articles in the Financial press and is an expert in providing advice to clients in a number of innovative recruitment approaches.

Lars Sunnell

Based in the New York office, Lars joined Hanover Search Group in 2018 to initiate the IT and FinTech practices for the US market and works closely with the London office. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Economics & Sustainable Community Development Methods, prior to joining Hanover Lars began his sales career in 2015 at Yelp quickly becoming a Senior National Account Executive before then joining Robert Half Inc. to spearhead direct-hire searches within their Legal & Compliance team. With an in-depth knowledge of US corporate and legal infrastructure, Lars’ recruiting style is consultative and very strong in relationships.

Kevin Hickey

RANDY EGTER VAN WISSEKERKE

Randy is an Associate Partner in the San Francisco office focusing on US Finance & Accounting executive search assignment. Randy has a wealth of experience in the US Finance markets operating across various sectors and delivering senior level search solutions on both East and West Coasts. Prior to joining Hanover, Randy began his career as a Personal Trainer quickly becoming one of the top salespeople in the company. He started his search career at Reaction Search International working on retained search assignments across a diverse client base then joining Century Group to focus on Finance, Accounting, Tax & Audit executive search.

Kevin Hickey

Kevin began his career in a sales & marketing capacity at Picerne Real Estate Group which is recognized as a “Top Ten Multi Family Home Developer”. After relocating back to New York, he transitioned to a career in technology recruitment focusing on interim consultants and executive search. He developed and fine-tuned his craft with top global organizations, most notably Robert Half International and Randstad Technologies. Kevin has been tasked with spearheading our Technology & Infrastructure practice in the US market and is excited to begin this new chapter.

AMANDA BAGGOTT

Amanda has been successfully providing recruitment solutions to the Corporate Pensions market for 9 years. The last 5 years’ focus has been working closely with clients in the Auto-enrolment space growing their Sales and Technical teams and she has an excellent track record in this space. Her earlier career was spent working for a leading product provider giving her a valuable insight into the Pension’s market. Amanda has recently joined Hanover Search Group to strengthen their Corporate Pensions offering and help drive this sector forward.

Luca Pancaldi

Luca is a recent graduate of the University of London who joined Hanover Search Group as an Associate aligned to the Technology and FinTech practice. In his role at Hanover, Luca focuses on market research & analysis and assists the team in delivering senior Technology, Digital, Transformation and Operations mandates for the Insurance, Asset and Wealth Management industries.

CLINTON POORE

Clinton is a Partner at Hanover Search Group where he covers senior assignments across the Life Insurance and Risk markets. His experience has been extensive where he has worked on mid to senior level appointments both on retained search and contingency basis across Life and Non-Life markets. During his career he has built a successful network of contacts and completed assignments in the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Hanover, Clinton had established and managed another actuarial business plus he had worked onsite building the European team for a major consultancy firm.

As an Associate Partner at Hanover Search Group Jan is focusing on Executive Search projects in the Automotive and Finance Industries in Central Europe and beyond. Mem boasts more than 20 years’ experience as an accountant, working primarily in audit, tax and management accounting. He has implemented accounting and internal control protocols for UK and US-based firms. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Economics & Sustainable Community Development Methods, prior to joining Hanover Lars began his sales career in 2015 at Yelp quickly becoming a Senior National Account Executive before then joining Robert Half Inc. to spearhead direct-hire searches within their Legal & Compliance team. Paul O'Brien

Based in the New York office, Paul joined Hanover Search Group in 2019 to focus on senior mandates across the US P&C Insurance market. Prior to New York, Paul was based in Singapore for 2.5 years with an international (insurance) recruitment firm leading a specialist team to deliver senior outcomes for clients including International Brokers, Global P&C Insurers and Lloyds Syndicates. Prior to Singapore, he held various management roles for over a decade with global recruitment firms covering Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Paul is looking forward to being part of HSG’s ongoing development and growth of the US insurance market.

James is a recent graduate of Cork Institute of Technology Master’s degree program in International Business as well as University College Cork Master’s program in International Relations who offers a blended analytical approach to the executive search field. He has joined Hanover Search Group and operates out of our Dublin Office. Jenny is a Business Support Manager based in HSG’s Los Angeles Offices. She is responsible for managing the day to day running of the office and supporting the CEO on search projects. She is also responsible for sourcing new leads for the group across multiple clients. Originally from the UK, she moved to the USA in 2008 with her husband and two boys.

Zofia Sharman

Zofia joined Hanover Search Group in 2018 to launch and lead the HR practice having spent 5 years based in Singapore recruiting for HR. She brings 18+ years international recruitment expertise into financial & professional services, commerce & industry sectors, plus has also worked in-house as Director of Talent for tech start-up MySpace.com. During her tenure she has recruited extensively for senior to executive level roles across the HR and Talent Acquisition spectrum. Previously, Zofia founded a specialist career coaching and mentoring service for city executives and alongside her recruiting career has built a solid reputation within the HR community surrounding personal well-being, vitality at work as well as women in leadership.

Thomas Meade-Hunt

Thomas joined HSG as part of the Wealth Management Division and is now an Associate Partner focusing upon the UK wealth planning market. He started in FS at Goldman Sachs before building a career in search where, for the last 5 years, he has focussed on Investment Banking, Asset Management and Insurance. Specialising in the UK wealth management market he has delivered client solutions for head offices, regional hubs and stand-alone offices in both challenging geographies and distressed circumstances for a number of national, regional and boutique wealth businesses in England, Wales & Scotland.

CHARLOTTE ABBOTT

Charlotte joined Hanover in 2010. She was promoted into the Asset Management team with a focus on research and candidate identification. Charlotte provides market mapping intelligence across a wide variety of disciplines, assisting with the execution of some of our senior mandates on a Retained/ and or Exclusive basis. 

Chris Cave

Chris joined in 2017 and is now an Associate Partner working within the Wealth Management division. He has now been involved in Financial Services’ recruitment for four years, before this he spent six years in Wealth Management (Bancassurance) and Mortgages. Chris’s approach to recruitment is geared to providing a high quality, efficient and transparent service for his clients. The candidates Chris works with regularly comment on his attentive nature and personal touch particularly in understanding their goals when it comes to their job search.

Molly is a Senior Associate in Hanover’s Los Angeles office specializing in the Wealth Management field. With experience in non-profits and fundraising, she is responsible for assisting the CEO and Partners on retained and mid to senior level searches nationally. She has two Bachelor Degrees in Film & Media Studies and Communication from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Rick Morales

Rick is an Associate Partner in the HNW / UHNW Division in the Wealth & Asset Management sectors across the U.S. working out of the Los Angeles office. Rick assists the Managing Director in various executive search mandates across the Financial Advisor and Investment Management world. Rick comes with a long history in executive management and financial services industry. He owned a financial services and insurance brokerage business in New Zealand for 5 years and he is a former US Navy veteran that was part of the Operation Deep Freeze in Antarctica.

An Associate Partner with six years’ headhunting experience focusing on Financial Services, predominantly Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets in the German speaking countries. Tim Grant

Tim is an Associate Partner in the US Wealth Management team. He has a long history in the financial services industry, venture capital and recruitment. He works alongside CEO Antony Pitt assisting in the rapid expansion of the Wealth Management business in the United State. He holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Art History.

Caroline Kirtisingham

Caroline is a Senior Associate responsible for identifying top performers within the HNW and UHNW sector of the US Private Wealth Management market, acting as a trusted business partner to her candidates and clients across the United States. Originally from Australia, Caroline possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) coupled with over 7 years’ experience within the field of HR and recruitment.

Ronnie is a Managing Associate in the US Private Wealth Management team, based out of Los Angeles, with a background in translations and interpretation for Spanish-English. Prior to joining the team, Ronnie specialized in field interpretation at the Professional Institute EATRI in Santiago Chile where he worked with government officials for the APEC Summit 2004 and also as a contractor for the Chilean Government.

Danielle Evans

Danielle is a Senior Associate based out of Hanover’s Los Angeles office specializing in the Wealth Management field. After graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in May 2016 with a degree in Communications, Danielle began her career in professional sports hospitality where she worked in fan development, then she moved her way into human resources and on-boarding new employees.

Iside is a dedicated Associate within the European Practice at Hanover Search Group and supports our Managing Partner in Continental Europe, Kamila Orlando on executive search mandates. She specialises predominately in the Insurance industry and her core competence lie in both the German and Italian speaking Actuarial & Risk markets. Iside is a native Italian speaker, fluent in both German and English with a University Degree in Global Business Management. She began her career with Hanover as an intern in our New York office. As an adept researcher with a passion for recruitment Iside provides first class market mapping intelligence and candidate identification and relationship management.

Michaela Tsiouva

Michaela joined Hanover Search Group in 2016 as an Associate and is responsible for assisting the team on mid-to-senior level executive appointments within Wealth Management, working on mandates for Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, Technical Specialists and Employee Benefit Consultants. Having relocated to London after completing Higher Education, she has several years of recruitment experience, previously specialising within the Healthcare industry and also Banking & Finance.

Patricia is an Associate based out of the Los Angeles, CA office and specializes in the Wealth Management sector. Originally from San Diego she has 6 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry and is a U.S. Army Veteran.

Jens Hompland

Jens is an Associate in Hanover’s US Private Wealth Management team, based out of Los Angeles. Jens joins Hanover with over 5 years’ experience in sales and customer service, having most recently worked in guest services in Hawaii. Originally from Norway, Jens is fluent in three languages and relocated to the US when he was just 16, where he completed both his Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Public Policy and Administration.

Hannah Evans

Hannah joined Hanover Search Group in 2019 as an Associate to work alongside Andrew Bayliss, Client Director and the Wealth Management team to assist with searches and market research. Hannah has a MA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh.

JESSICA HOLMES

Jessica joined Hanover in 2008 originally as a Business Administrator. In June 2010 she became Marketing Executive and most recently has been promoted to Marketing & Administration Manger. She supports the group with all marketing requirements ranging from online and print advertising, creating corporate documents through to organising company events and conferences to building Hanover's social media presence as well as continuing to maintain and develop the Hanover brand. Jessica is also responsible for in-house IT, providing assistance across the group and additionally manages the administration team.

Ruth Wood

Ruth has joined Hanover Search Group as an Associate aligned to the Financial Planning team and comes with previous experience within research and communication. Currently, Ruth focuses on market research, mapping and analysis while assisting the team with candidate identification across the whole market on retained and exclusive mandates.

Veronica Palaroan

Veronica is an Associate based out of Los Angeles, CA specializing in the Wealth Management sector. Originally from San Diego, CA and a graduate of San Diego State University, she has a diverse background including hotel management, finance and insurance.

Alyssa is an Associate based in our Stowe, Vermont office, and her main focus will be on the US Wealth Management and Private Banker sectors. Prior to joining the Hanover team, she perused a background in financial services, operations management and small business marketing.
