With opportunities in the market and a significant transformation programme underway, a leading provider of health and wellbeing services in the UK is partnering with Hanover to plan and deliver their talent strategy.

Working closely with the Chief Transformation Officer and COO, we are in the process of building on the work they’ve done to define their vision and strategy plus the building blocks that sit beneath it.

This includes speaking to each Board and Executive member, leveling leadership behaviours and facilitating Board and Executive team workshops.

Participants have completed the Lumina Spark psychometric and Executive leaders have completed a three hour behavioural interview with a Hanover consultant.

They subsequently received an in-depth report which was explored in a feedback session.

We are now planning how best to support this client throughout 2021 at Board, Executive and SMT levels.

This will likely involve benchmarking and developing potential, continuing to facilitate team effectiveness and coaching.

This process will lead to valuable insights to inform their talent management decisions and how and where they should invest in development.
