Alex joined Hanover in 2025 to establish our healthcare search practice, supporting health payers (across all products), hospitals and health systems, IDFS, Behavioral Health, Health Technology, Medical Groups, AMC, Life Science, Associations, Foundations, etc. Alex brings nearly twenty years of recruitment experience, the past fourteen specifically supporting healthcare organizations with C-suite to Director level searches.

Alex works across all functional areas within healthcare organizations, placing: Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Actuary, Chief Medical Information Officer, Chief Quality Officer, to name a few. Alex works out of the heartland in our Kansas City, MO office and serves clients nationally.

What do you enjoy about Executive Search?
The people. We are assisting people on all side of the process. It is gratifying to assist senior leaders fill niche leadership searches, so they can focus on their main job responsibilities. It is also meaningful to assist candidates advancing their career goals.

How have you seen the Executive Search industry change?
I have seen the space change over the past fourteen years. The industry started with previous executives with strong rolodexes assisting people in their network. It has grown into a thriving industry that people can start, grow and retire from.
