Amanda Baggott

Amanda joined Hanover in 2016 and as Managing Associate for the business, she leads, and continues to develop our highly skilled and technical research function. She also works closely with Partners across the group on retained search assignments. Amanda provides research expertise and headhunting solutions to attract candidates for senior-level roles primarily across the Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management and Technology markets. With over a decade of recruitment expertise and an earlier career within Financial Services, Amanda provides a real depth of knowledge and people expertise to any search. She is passionate about delivering results to secure the best talent for clients, whilst helping candidates take the next step in their career.

What do you enjoy most about executive search?
I particularly enjoy supporting clients to find solutions for complex hiring needs and working with people looking to take the next step in their career. After 18 years in the industry, I still get great satisfaction from working closely with clients and candidates, connecting great people to great business to help advance their career.
