What do you enjoy about your role and Hanover?
I really enjoy discussing strategy and themes with clients, and building relationships with interesting and innovative people who are doing great things in the space. A lot of my time is spent networking, understanding trends and researching the market, which I find fascinating. We use this insight to advise clients and to create the best strategy when executing projects.

What interests you about your job?
I’m passionate about investment management, entrepreneurship and business. I love working with firms and helping them find great people who can help them grow and create value. It’s enjoyable engaging with CEOs and C-suite executives and developing an understanding of what each firm is doing and what works and doesn’t work. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with many firms and senior individuals and have built up a great understanding of the market – it’s nice to be able to use that knowledge to get fantastic results in our work.
