Anne O’Donnell

Anne is the CEO of Hanover Global Services she is experienced across several disciplines and seeks to inspire and lead others to success, winning the coveted title of most inspirational Women of the West in 2019. Anne has been in a CEO role for many years working in recruitment within the energy transition assisting start-ups, scale ups and large organisations on their journey to offer a more energy efficient and sustainable world.

Facilitating hiring requires the right talent and the ability to close the hiring loop ensuring recruitment of the right individual and seamless deployment in country, even if that is in a new location not currently served by an existing client company entity.  This allows for flexibility and talent engagement with the best people globally not the best available close to home.

Anne sees the deployment of exceptional talent globally as an imperative in today’s inclusive marketplace. Anne has always enjoyed being engaged to enhance individual progress personally and professionally, by being involved in the Global Market place this allows her to use her HR experience and knowledge of the challenges involved to help clients to expand without borders by engaging an entity in the country were they want to hire we utilise Hanover’s own entities in the USA, UK, Singapore, Dubai, and Europe and our In country partner network in over 100 global locations.
