Arran is a senior executive search professional and joined the group in 2013. With over two decades of regional and international experience, he has led senior appointments across finance market silos, including private wealth and broader corporate functions in Asia. Currently Arran is CEO of the APAC region and continues to execute C-suite and senior level search projects. Prior to Hanover, Arran held a number of senior positions in the UK and Asia launching new finance and private banking practices.

What do you enjoy about Executive Search?

What is most enjoyable about executive search is the impact and variety it offers: working on complex, senior mandates, really getting under the skin of a client’s business, and then matching leaders to roles where both the organisation and the individual can genuinely step up.

What is your biggest asset?

My biggest asset is listening – really taking the time to understand what clients and candidates are saying…. And more importantly what they are not saying, which helps build trust, uncover the real brief, and ultimately make better long‑term matches.
