How do you build great relationships with your clients and candidates?
I look to collaborate with my clients and really get to know and appreciate them. I prefer working relationships that are not transactional, but meaningful, and like to be a trusted advisor that people can confide in and come to for counsel on challenges they face. Work and deliverables are key to me, and will always be done on time and to high standards in alignment with our values at Hanover.
