Charlotte Billingsley

In October 2024, Charlotte joined Hanover as a Senior Associate, focusing on the execution side of mandates within the insurance industry, with a focus on brokers and underwriters. Prior to Hanover, Charlotte spent nearly three years specializing in the recruitment of reinsurance actuaries, where she played a key role in expanding the practice at her previous firm.

Her deep understanding of the insurance sector, paired with an empathetic approach, allows her to connect meaningfully with candidates and clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. She holds a degree in Business and Sales from Elon University and has gained international business exposure through various study programs in London, Japan, and Hong Kong.
