What 3 tips would you give someone looking for a new role?
Clearly identify why you are leaving or have left a business and correspond that with what you want in a new role.
Embrace, or at the very least, be receptive to change.
Always have lots of questions ready to ask in interviews, even if you can’t cover them all off.
