She has partnered with a wide range of organisations, from global institutions to entrepreneurial start-ups, supporting senior appointments across the UK, US, and EMEA. She works on mandates ranging from C-suite leadership through to mid-level management roles, bringing international reach and a strong track record of connecting clients with talent that drives long-term success. Christina also sits on Hanover’s European Leadership Team, contributing to the firm’s strategy and development by helping to shape ideas and initiatives that strengthen Hanover’s growth and culture.
