Danny is a C-suite, executive leadership, and front-office executive search specialist, working closely with global CEOs and regional leadership teams on strategic hiring, complex market mapping, and long-term talent planning across Private Wealth Management and financial services. He is recognised for his expertise in highly complex and opaque markets, delivering deep competitor intelligence, succession-led talent assessment, and leadership mapping that helps organisations build teams resilient to future regulatory, structural, and market change.
Danny joined the Group in 2013 in Singapore and is currently CEO of the Middle East, based in the UAE, where he leads the firm’s regional growth and retained executive search practice across the Middle East and Asia. A Founding Partner of Huddleston Jones, Danny has built and led front-office and leadership search platforms across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Middle East. Prior to executive search, he worked within international wealth management across Dubai, Tokyo, and Johannesburg, giving him first-hand commercial insight into the roles and institutions he advises.
Known for his discretion, judgement, and long-term relationships, Danny believes executive search is not about filling roles, but about shaping leadership platforms that endure. Danny served in the Royal Air Force and holds a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours in Business Management.
How have you seen the Executive Search industry change?
Search has become more advisory and less transactional. Clients expect insight, market intelligence, and discretion, not just access to candidates.
What excites you most about your role?
Helping shape leadership platforms in growth markets, particularly the Middle East and APAC region, where ambition, capital, and talent are converging at pace.
