As an Associate Director and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Elle leads the assessment and talent management solutions within Hanover's Talent Solutions, and provides broader support on DE&I and leadership development solutions. With over 15 years’ experience designing and delivering bespoke assessment and leadership development interventions across a variety of industries and organisations, Elle specialises in creating solutions that enable leaders, teams and organisations to build leadership awareness and skills, improve team dynamics and create more collaborative and inclusive cultures. Elle has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is Chartered with the British Psychological Society and is trained in a large variety of psychometric tests.
What excites you most about your role?
The people that I get to meet and work with. I love hearing people’s stories and experiences, helping them to understand themselves and others better, and giving them the tools and confidence to grow and overcome obstacles to fully realise their potential.
What are you passionate about?
Helping individuals to realise their potential and organisations create more inclusive, diverse and equitable cultures to support this.
