Elle Robinson

As a Director and Chartered Occupational Psychologist at Hanover, Elle leads the assessment and board review practices within Hanover’s Talent Solutions. With over 15 years of experience, Elle has worked with organisations ranging from global firms to start-ups across both private and public sectors. She specialises in designing bespoke assessment and leadership development interventions that enhance leadership awareness, team dynamics, and foster collaborative, inclusive cultures. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Elle also designs and delivers DEI programmes aimed at building more diverse talent pipelines and changing representation levels of under-represented groups at senior levels. Elle has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is Chartered with the British Psychological Society and is trained in a large variety of psychometric tests.

What excites you most about your role?
The people that I get to meet and work with. I love hearing people’s stories and experiences, helping them to understand themselves and others better, and giving them the tools and confidence to grow and overcome obstacles to fully realise their potential.
