What are you passionate about?
I am particularly passionate about the ESG space. We’re seeing an increasing number of individuals in financial services channel their expertise towards ESG, and it has been encouraging to see clients and their stakeholders, particularly in Europe, address and prioritise this pressing area.
What excites you most about your role?
For clients, the right individual can revolutionise their business. Similarly, for candidates the right role can make a huge impact on their lives. Being in the position to help people and organisations is extremely motivating.
How do you build great relationships with your clients and candidates?
Kindness is a core value of mine. It’s not often seen or prioritised in the context of business, but I believe that important qualities are incorporated in kindness, including respect, empathy, authenticity and ultimately professionalism. I have always found that genuine and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates have been formed on this foundation.
