With over 20 years’ experience within the executive search and recruitment industry, Geri is the Group Business Support Manager, responsible for global communications and operations. Her career at Hanover started as an Associate in 2006, when she was responsible for supporting our insurance partners, working to ensure the smooth execution of retained assignments and projects from conception to completion. Using the skills from her background in her current role, Geri is the GDPR co-ordinator, oversees and coordinates the group’s HR, internal hiring (Europe), induction, training, learning & development functions, as well as global events. She is also Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, James Emmett, and supports the Group’s global board.
