Having founded the business in 1996 and following an internal MBO in early 2014, James assumed the position of Group CEO of Hanover. He is responsible for setting the global strategy and direction of the business in line with the group's mission to be ‘a global provider of talent solutions’. James works closely with the group's Leadership team to provide support and guidance as well as assisting them in growing their teams and service lines. James has a real passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers in line with Hanover's values of Trust, Collaboration, Innovation and Agility as well as inspiring every member of staff to achieve their full potential.
