John has had a two decade-long career in financial services recruitment, and has been a Managing Partner at Hanover for over five years. Focusing on retained searches in wealth management and banking, John also helps financial advisors evaluate their options for moving their practice. He was the founder of search firm Kinetics Consulting, which merged with Hanover in 2019. Prior to this, John spent seven years working “inside” for Lehman/Barclays Wealth Management.
What is something you lean on daily?
Exercise is something I take seriously, and I try to cycle daily. I also go skiing whenever I have the opportunity.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
When I was younger I wanted to be an F1 driver - and I’m now a professional driving instructor with Xtreme Xperience.
