Meesha joined the Hanover Los Angeles office in 2019. Meesha is the US Business Operations Manager. She supports the Hanover team by managing the Business Operations team, leading onboarding, training & development, and overseeing processes and procedures. Meesha has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whittier College. Her background of being a Teacher, Coach, and NCAA athlete helped her to build valuable skills in time allocation, leadership, and project management. In her free time, Meesha enjoys playing lacrosse and spending time with her friends and family.
What is your biggest asset?
My biggest asset is my knowledge of Hanover’s processes, procedures and history, and having a relationship with each employee. Having this wealth of knowledge helps me ensure the business operates smoothly.
What is a little-known fact about you?
I have been going to the same summer camp since I was 11 years old. I am now a volunteer Lead Director for the camp.
